INFORMATION
With its worn and trammelled appearance, KlinkStone harks back to the style of old castles and farms. To reinforce their used appearance, these slabs feature worn edges and slightly broken corners.
CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: Warm and old-fashioned, a reminder of old castles and old farms
Colour: Light grey
Texture: Slightly irregular. Lightly anti-slip, which is reinforced by the jointing.
Specifications:
- These pavers voluntarily include visual characteristics inherent to the structure of the stone as found in the slabs (e.g. blackening, white veins, calcite stains, terraces...).
- During the installation, the best face should be chosen. Packaging is carried out in such a way to clearly indicate the front view surface.

ADVICE & CARE
Installation advice:
Its slightly irregular surface and multiple jointing make it non-slip and yet remain pleasant to walk on barefoot.
We recommend a thickness of 5cm for terraces, pavements applications and for driveways. The pavers can be installed without joints. If you plan to use expansion joints, we advise taking them in polymer.
Use your creativity and design your own personal patterns, alternating between styles and formats, straight lines, curves and geometric shapes. Combine your KlinkStone paving with other Carrières du Hainaut products such as Hainaut Antic or BrickEno rubble stone to create anti-skid strips or integrated gutters.The possibilities are endless.
Maintenance advice:
Bluestone pavers do not require any particular maintenance, the weather will take care of that for you. Its non-porous property makes it resistant to wear and tear and other impacts. Early spring, simply remove with a brush the vegetation traces that might eventually settle during the winter season.

Technical description:
KlinkStone paving stones - drummed - have a rough, old-fashioned patina on the surface, in a light gray colour, and include visual characteristics inherent to the structure of the stone as found in the slabs (e.g. surface scaling, cavities, white veins, calcite stains, crinoids, styloliths, etc.) The tapered edges, traces of sawing and shades of blues of these pavers reinforces its natural and rustic look.
Notes:
- Tolerances according to the standard [NBN EN 1342].
- During the installation, the best face should be chosen. Packaging is done in such a way that the upper face is the one to be placed in view.
- Traditional dry laying techniques are recommended. For self-locking installation, refer to the CSTS guidelines
